Under Roger Coleman's leadership, Disaster Technologies Incorporated has been named as one of the 2022 Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards finalists.
The Microsoft Partner of the Year Award program is an annual award program that Microsoft Corporation created to recognize partners who are optimizing Microsoft's technology to drive continuous growth and customer satisfaction in their various industries. Each year, Microsoft Corporation evaluates nominated candidates for exemplary accomplishment in leveraging the Microsoft Cloud and platforms to create innovative solutions. Each nomination must be annotated with a story entailing a candidate's trailblazing accomplishment. Microsoft has vetted this information. For the 2022 Microsoft Partner of the Year Award program, Microsoft has received over 3,900 nominees from more than 100 countries.
On its website, Microsoft also announced that it would integrate a compliance award into the security category of the Partner of the Award program. This addition is motivated by the burgeoning complexity of security and compliance requirements in the technology space. Another addition to the Partner of the Year Award program is the Operational Excellence Award. This honor is presented to candidates who are at the forefront of digital transformation in their sectors.
